PUBLIC TRANSIT RESULTS SUMMARY The vast majority: o Have not used public transit (84%) and would not use it (60%) from East Garrison (EG) regardless of price or proximity o 63% would not use transit even if given free monthly bus pass o Believe that EG homeowner should not be made to pay anything for transit through HOA or Mello-Roos o Are not willing to pay for transit that connects EG and CSUMB o Top concerns about public transit inside EG are Extra wear on roads maintained by the HOA, Traffic and Safety
